i own an optical store and would like to display a very visible sign, stating
that we cannot give store refunds for custom made jobs, such as eyeglasses,
but we are willing to give store credits within 30 days.

Ok. What are you asking us?

This is a technical support newsgroup for Microsoft Access databases.
Even if you were asking in a newsgroup supporting (say) Publisher or
Word, I'm not sure what anyone could do to help! You seem to have the
content of the sign pretty much figured out; what could someone here
do to help you?
