No Start Window

Greetings all. Recently, when I insert a USB device, the window that asks
what you want to do (Open Files, etc) does not appear. The two notes sound,
telling me the device is recognized, but no window. How do I reactivate the
window?

When the USB device is loaded, right click on the Device name in Windows
Explorer, Click on the Autorun tab, and choose Prompt me... on the bottom of
the page.
