I upgraded from Win98 to W2k and after the upgrade my
speaker icon does not show up in the taskbar. Also, my
sound does not work.

When I go to the Devie Manager I see a yellow quesion mark
next to Multimedia Audio Devices, PCI Input Device and PCI
Simple Communications Controller. I try to reinstall the
drivers even going out to the Microsoft update page but no
luck. Can I get my sound back?

THanks.

You need to download and install the correct Windows 2000
drivers for your sound card. Go to the website of your
sound card MFG and install them.

Take drivers from Your sound card manufacturer.
Link to the web-site is usually found on CD, that cames with soundcard.
You may also look for drivers on that CD, but they usually are outdated and
unstavle there.

For tray - go to control panel, Multimedia, checkbox at bottom

For screen settings icaon - install MultiRes applet from Entech Taiwan.
