No sound

My car won't run!

Give some details and someone may be able to help you. The first thought,
are they turned on?

How about this; Control Panel, Sounds Speech and Audio Devices, Sounds and
Audio
devices, Audio tab, check Sound playback, and make sure dropdown has correct
item listed; also, in that tab, under Sound playback, click "Advanced", and
make sure your speaker selection is correct for your installed speakers; and
under "Volume" tab, Device Volume, Advanced, make sure "Mute" is not
checked. I am sorry, I know all this is simple stuff, but I just helped
someone the other day with the same symptoms, and this is where I found the
problem. Good Luck.

yo, ive been playing music well in the past but my computer has seemed to
lose all of its sound but i can still hear a very little bit of sound when i
put my ear righ up to my speaker even with all the volume controlls at full
blast! will someone please help me with this problem, thanks.
 
check for a mute button in the program you are using to play music.
