Outlook No sound sometimes in outlook 2007

Hi,

I have just got office ultimate 2007, sometimes when I receive a e-mail I get no sound saying that I have new mail. This works sometimes and not others, I have checked all the settings and they seem fine. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
