No sound in Safe Mode???

When my computer is in safe mode and I try to listen to music or watch videos, I can't hear the sound? Does anyone know how to make the sound work in safe mode or is it not possible? Please Help Me!!!!

just out of curiosity, why do you want to listen to music or watch videos in Safe Mode? Are they not operating properly in regular mode?

If I try to get online in the normal mode, I keep getting an error message that say: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" and IE shuts down on me, so I get online while my computer is in Safe Mode to avoid the error message. Also, my computer acts slow as a snail in normal mode and i cant do anything because it freezes up and it doesnt happen when I am in Safe Mode. Do you know what the problem is? If so, any ideas on how to fix my computer. (I dont know alot about computers so i just do what works)

When I get online in regular mode, I get about 20 popups all at the same

time, and i guess my computer cant load everything, so it freezes up and I
have to shut it down to unfreeze it. The exact error message is: "Internet
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." And it gives me to
option to Send an Error report or Not to Send an Error Report. There are no
other messages with it. My PC has never rebooted without me prompting it to
do so. I have no problems trying to open anything in "My Computer" or "My
Documents". Also, I know there are alot of free programs out on the
internet, do you know of any good programs that remove Adware and Spyware?
(someone told me that might be causing the problems, but i havent found out
for sure)messages, and exactly what does it do when it freezes. Does your pc ever
shutdown and reboot without you prompting it to do so?
