no sound at all

cant get any sound at all my device is recognised but has a yellow exclamation mark next to it says code 12 cant find enough free resources? disable something but i dont have a clue what to disable can anybody help me plz
 
right click "my computer"/properties/hardware/device
manager/view/resources by type: check for any conflicts
with IRQ lines/DMA etc
