No Sound after installing Creative SoundBlaster Audigy LS soundcard and LITE-ON LDW-411S dvd/cd-rom

PLZ HELP! I have tried everything and still I have no audio. If someone knows the solution please help me out. I have absolutely no sound at all.
 
or goto www.creative.com, and download the audigy drivers for winXp
