I get my mail with outlook 2002 and http to hotmail, but I don't get any

Because new mail notification occurs only for the delivery location Inbox
and HTTP accounts can't be the delivery location without Outlook Connector.

What is outlook connector?

It's a service available to MSN and Outlook Online subscribers. See
