No service menu

I've installed Ms outlook 2002 but i can't find the 'service' in the
Tools menu. It only have email account i cant setup address book. What
have i missed ? Thanks

there is no longer a service menu - it's tools, email accounts in 2002 and
2003. You can also use the control panel, mail applet to set up the account.
 
There is no Services anymore. Everything can be configured from the wizard
you start by chooing Start-> E-mail Accounts

I did remember it have where i can configure or add .pab or any other
service. Even in office 2000 i used before.

are you trying to add a pab? while it's recommended you import it into
contacts, go to tools, email accounts, add address book... choose add email
account to add accounts.

Yes, Outlook 97 and Outlook 98/2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode did have a
Tools>Services menu item. Outlook 2002 and 2003, however, do not.
 
Diane, but then if the .pst corrupted then all the contact would be
gone ?
