no send/receive button

Send/receive button is missing-have tried removing and adding my email
accounts but they are not being recognized. I've tried uninstalling and
installing Office 2003 program. Any ideas?

Microsoft had me set up a new profile to use. I need to figure out how to
move my old mail into the new profile.
