No "send picture via email wizard"

Hello!

I do not have the "Send picture via email" options to send picture smaller
or as is, etc. when I right click on a picture and Sent to Mail Recipients.
Where or how to set this up? (using Windows XP and Outlook Express).

What filetype?

Type "Regsvr32 shimgvw" in the RUN box. This should fix the Perceived Types in registry, responsible for showing Resize Picture dialog box.
