No send button in MS Outlook

Why dont I have a "send" button in MS Outlook anymore?

I'm using MS Outlook 2000

It's possible that Outlook has lost track of your mail account. What does
Tools>Accounts say about your account, if you're using OL 2000 in IMO mode
or Tools>Services, if you're using CW mode?
