No scroll in Explorer

OK, so my scroll wheel works in IE7, Word and all other applications except
Windows Explorer, where it will not scrill through the files or folders!? Is
this normal??

This might sound obvious, but have you actually clicked inside the folder
list window on the left? My scroll works fine but I had to first click inside
the window.
