No Save to Box

Lately when i click on a file to download it starts
download in the status bar down the bottom and gives me no
Save to Box to save it somewhere before it does this. Can
Someone Please help me with this as i have gone thru the
MS site for help and got nothing.

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
