No S-video out of Nvidia Card

I have a Nvidia FX 5200 12bmb Card. My Card has dual monitior outputs and an
S-Video Output. I ran the S-Video cable to my tv and turned on my pc. Viola
there was the boot process right on my TV, But I spoke too soon right after
it was done the screen went blank and the logon screen never appeared on my
TV. I tried to check the nview tool and even disconnected my monitor to see
if that was the problem and no matter what I have done I cannot get the
video on my TV, Please tell me what i am doing wrong!

you need to enable that output in windows:

right-click blank area of desktop, choose properties.

click Settings tab

click Advanced button

look around in there, probably on the FX5200 tab

it's in there...
