I would like to send out emails to about 500 hundred people.
This is just a notification message, and I don't want them to reply.
But I also want to track which emails are not valid,-- meaning I want those
cannot delivered email address bounce back to my own email boxes so that I
will later send them paper copy of the notification.

How to setup a no reply email, and can I get what I want above?

How to setup a no reply email,

Specify a non-replyable address in the "E-mail Address" field of your
account.

and can I get what I want above?

Not if you've jimmied the sending address so that people can't reply.
Either your message will be replyable or it won't. The mail routers that
want to inform you of invalid recipient addresses will need a valid address
to which to return the non-delivery reports. It's possble you could specify
a non-replyable address for the "Reply E-mail" field of your account, but I
don't know if that would work, either.
