Setting up a No-Reply Email Address in Microsoft Exchange Server

Currently we photocopy and physically mail out packages of information
whenever we set up a new contract to various people contained in a
distribution list. Beginning July 1st we are going to start scanning
and emailing these packages of information. My question is we are
currently using Microsoft Exchange Server in our office. Most everyone
uses Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft Office 2003 Professional) as their
email client. Can we set up an account using Microsoft Exchange Server
through Outlook that will allow us to send emails with the attached
files that will show the email address as something like
(e-mail address removed) and that will also use that name as a reply to
address so that if someone reply's to the message it will bounce back
to them? We currently have an email account that when people send mail
to it the message gets disbursed to 8-10 people in the office. We were
hoping to use that same account to distribute these emails from but
have it show up as the no reply email address. We would set this
account up for a couple of student interns that will be distributing
these notifications. In the Outlook help files I can see how to do
this with a normal Outlook Email account that is using pop 3 or IMAP,
etc. But when I open up the Microsoft Exchange server account the
place to set up the Reply to: feature is not there. Any one have any
ideas?

You do know that that is a violation of Internet mail standards, don't you?
The sender of a message MUST ALWAYS be replyable. Only SPAMmers use
non-replyable addresses. You'd be better off creating a sender that simply
accepts and deleted all incoming mail and make sure that the outgling
messages state that any replies to the address will be ignored and include a
real address in the text to which they can respond if need be.

I appreciate knowing this is a violation of Internet mail standards. I
do know that spammers use this kind of trick but did not know there
were these kinds of problems associated with them. Thank you for your
input and we will look into what you have suggested. We will only be
sending these notices out here locally on our campus and will not be
doing any mass mailing, etc.
