no red

i am missing the color red in everything on my computer. the display on my
lcd monitor shows the color but not in anything else. even during start up,
there is no red.

I would suspect a loose cable connecting the monitor and the video card

Check the video connector for a bent pin. Try reinstalling you video
adapter's drivers.

you may have made a color profile by using somekind of graphic software that
gave you this "POWER....".

With a color profile you can manually bypass the automatic colors and set
the red, blue and green to your preference.... And it may now be
automatically loading the profile at startup. ...
