No pop-up for AutoComplete

I have disabled autocomplete in Internet Explorer 6.0
When I am searching for something, e.g. using Google, I
get a pop-up window from Internet Explorer that reminds me
to activate autocomplete for forms.
How can I disable this window from popping up?
 
There should be an option on the popup window to not 'ask again'. Is that
being used?
