no one can see me

hi,

i have logitech cam express. it was working fine when suddenly other people
cant see me on my msg v 8.1. i unistalled spybot thinking thts wht stopping
it. but tht didnt solve the problem. i also tried to switch off firewall and
do a restore of my windows. but nothing is working. my restore is not working
at all so can roll back window anyway.

i m usin sony vio with window xp home edition. please advice

Spybot S&D makes (or modifies an existing) HOSTS file, in which URLs
blocked by Spybot S&D are all given the address of the local host,
i.e., 127.0.0.1. I suspect that uninstalling Spybot may not remove the
blocked entries in HOSTS. I suggest you should search for HOSTS file
and open it using notepad. You will see a line:

# Start of entries inserted by Spybot - Search & Destroy

Check to see whether some URL that you need are blocked. However, I
think it is not very likely, and this is a long shot.
