Hi NG,

I had a problem with my network; I could no longer add
DFÜ-Connections - when using the assistent it would load a
few minutes then a window opened stating that svchost.exe
crashed an if I proceeded I could only choose "Broadband" -
normal connections were grayed.
I the used a TCP/IP-Fix Utility which should restore the
keys - but after rebooting I get a svchost.exe crash in
0x00000000 right after the splashscreen and if I go to the
network neighborhood there is NOTHING - not even my network
cards!

Is there a way to reinstall the network!? Or any other
solution?

Greetz,
Michael

.
open regedit
go to
HHEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RasMa
n\PPP\EAP\25 & 26 folders?....delete them.
The problem is not your TCP/IP, so do not bother fixing
that, or else you could break it farther.

PS, run AV scan, Adaware, and if you feel like it, Spybot
S&D.
