No navigation pane

Using OWA for Exchange Server 2003, I get no navigation pane nor any buttons
or bars that I can find to activate the navigation pane. I've cleared
cookies and files from IE 6.02. I'm also running Norton Internet Security
and have blocked pop-ups, if that might be relevant. Could anyone help me
find my navigation pane?
