No name displayed in "To"

Hello all,

Using Exchange 2003 SP2
Outlook 2003
Windows XP SP2

I have a client that sends a email a manually typed email address. Once the
mail is sent (and we checked with the recipient that they received it) we
check sent items and the mail is there, but the "To" field is blank, nothing
showing.

Any ideas

Thank you Paul

Does it show when you double click to open the message in a new window?
Nothing in CC or BCC either? (the user could have used that mistake)

Hi thanks for responding,

When the user opens the message, the "To", "CC" and "BCC" fields are all
blank.

Are you using any kind of sync software or virus scanner that integrates
with Outlook? Disable this integration and try again.
