no My Documents in My Computer

Any time I try to make a 'limited user' who's name begins with anything other than "a"...WinXP will not display the 'My Documents' folder in "My Computer" under the new user's login.

Problem does not occur if new user is an administrator.

Problem is NOT with desktop.ini

Do not know what else is effected buy this problem. I am trying to set up a limited user for a child. Please help.

Well the problem started after installing .Net Runtime
v1.1.4322.573

Any IDEAS?????
