No mail notification for some folders.

Hi,

I have been using popfile for quite some time to filter spam, personal
emails and so on.
It is working well mainly because I have been training it for so long. So
now 99.9% of spam emails are indeed spam and work and personal emails are
properly moved to the correct folders.

popfile uses "X-Text-Classification:" to classify emails and I use rules to
move it to the relevant folders.

But when an email, (almost always spam), arrives, I get a notification on my
taskbar. This is a waste of time for me to check.

Would there be a way to not get notified when emails arrive and are moved to
the "Spam" folder?

And I would also like the small popup preview window, (when an email
arrives), when the email is moved to the "Personal" folder.

Many thanks in advance.

Simon

This problem is the precise reason I wrote a free Outlook plugin called
Goodlook, which makes Popfile reclassification easier through a toolbar
button, and only shows an envelope in the tray when mail arrives in your
Inbox (and not mail that gets moved to spam). Check it out:
