No Longer Able to Synchronize

I am using Outlook 2003. I believe my .PST file has gotten messed up
somehow. I can no longer synchronize with my Blackberry and a Web
Application called www.salesforce.com. I get a message saying that "The
items you are trying to mark are not in a folder marked for synchronization."
When I check the data file it the file format says (97-2002). I think it
needs to be 2003 format, but I don't know how it was changed. I have tried
creating a new PST file in 2003 format, but I am not sure if I am doing it
correctly. I tried the Inbox Repair tool, it found error that it corrected,
but I still can not sync. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Aloha Mark,

You can create a new PST file, designate it as an OL2003 format (it's easy
to do, hard to mess up), then drag/drop the items from your old PST file
to the new one. Finally go into Tools | Options | Mail Setup | Data Files
and make sure the new PST file is set to be your Default folder.
