No Local Clipbook option in Clipboard Viewer

I created a shortcut to Clipbook (Clipboard) Viewer in my Accessories
folder.
Thought I'd have a quick look in Help to pick up some tips.
Help states that you can permanently save items for sharing in the Local
Clipbook:
"In the Clipbook Viewer, click the Window menu and then click Local
Clipbook".
I saved a Word page to clipboard, clicked Window menu but there is no
Local Clipbook to select.
Does some form of file sharing have to be set up first?

Apparently the service is installed by default and then disabled by
default. Oh well, wasn't going to use it anyway.
