no keyboard after resume from standby or hibernation

Whenever I come out of standby or hibernation I have mouse but no keyboard response. I must restart the computer in order to regain my keyboard.
my system
p4 512mb pc2700
asrock ali800
winxp home sp1
microsoft wireless natural keyboard

Keyboard driver doesn't like standby, check for an updated version.
