no internet with correct connection

Hi everybody,

I have a problem... I can't access internet, but when I check the
connection, there's nothing wrong with it.

The internet-page opens up and states: Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage.
I checked the following:
The computer IS connected.
The website is not encountering any problems.
There's no typing error in the address

When I diagnose the connection problem, he says that there's no problem.

I have restarted the "new network procedure" on both computers. But this
doesn't change anything...

Please help me!

Kind regards,
Wemke
