When I click Start > Help and Suport>Index, the index field on the
left is blank with just a small square with an x in it. Did I not
install something?
TIA, Walt

Oh boy! I don't know a thing about .vbs scrips, but if you can point
me in the right direction, I'll give it a try.

Greetings

You just double click to run it.

Hi: Thanks. Now I know how to run the vbs scrips. BUT, it did not
seem to solve the problem. Still nothing listed under Index.

Hi!
May be try reinstalling Help and Support.

Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose install. It
requires XP CD.

The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start > Run and type in: control
folders. View: Show hidden files and folders and uncheck Hide extensions
for known file types.

Hi: It's still a NoGo. I will work on it some more and If I get it
going I'll post what I found.
Thanks for trying.
