No Import Export Wizard for specific Access 97 mdb

Get Import Export Wizard on all databases but one.
Database (mdb) was a conversion for Access 2.0 to Access 97.

How do I get the Import Export Wizard to work?

Note: All other Access 97 databases associated with this application
display the Import Export Wizard when Save As/Export is selected.
