No import/export option in "File" menu.

I'm working with Windows XP Professional Edition.
Until now I've worked with Office XP and everything went
well without any problems.
I saved the previous "outlook.pst" file on a different
partition.
Today I deleted Office XP and installed Office 2003. When
I wanted to import the data from my
previous "outlook.pst" file to the new 2003 version I
discovered that my version of Outlook 2003 has no
import/export option in the "File" menu. It strangely
disappeared. Perhaps there's something missing in the
Windows registry file? How to get this import/export
option back in the "File" menu of Outlook 2003?

You don't need to import anything. Just open the .PST file from the File
menu. For Outlook 2000, it was "File>Open...>Personal Folder file". For
Outlook 2002, it was "File>Open...>Outlook Data File". I don't have OL
2003, but it's probably close to how OL 2002 behaves.
