No I Accept Button for Windows Update

I am running Windows XP Professional with IE 6.0. There
are numerous critical updates I need to install but when
I get to the point of agreeing to the EULA, there isn't
an "I Accept" button - thus I can't do any updates. Any
suggestions?

when the box comes up, don't click anywhere on it but try
pressing the tab button once and then hit return because
keyboard shortcuts may still work.
As for getting the button back, I have no clue
