no flash adverts being displayed

Windows XP Home SP2 advers on web sites like www.freeserve.co.uk (very top
Advert) MSN.co.uk (advert top right) this is only an example of two but they
do not display MSN dosnt show anything but freeserve has a white box with a
red cross in corner.

Removed and reloaded SP2 all windows uopdates, removed norton firewall and
disabled windows firewall, removed MS spyware, ran adaware scan

can you HELP me further
 
Explorer Tools menu has "Manage ad-ons" , which will re-enable the "Shockwave Flash" object.
