No filenames in folders

When I have the view of some of my folders set to Thumbnails, the names of
the files are not displayed underneath the thumbnail. I have noticed this
happen in the My Videos folder, so I deleted it and made another, and the
same thing has happened. I have run a virus scan and a spyware scan, and my
computer is clean.

Hi JD,

The Shift key toggles file names on and off in Thumbnails view. When you
open one of the "problem" folders, go to View and ensure that it's set to
something other than Thumbnails, then go to View again, and hold down the
Shift key as you select Thumbnails.
