No fax console

Windows XP home will not load Fax Services.
I can not get the windows components wizard to work.
after checking the box to install the fax Services the
wizard loads all files. but then I go to START, All
Programs, Accessories, Communications, Fax, (it is empty)
No Fax Console loaded. If I go back to the windows
components wizard the box is unchecked for Fax Services.

Need Help Please

If this is an OEM install, then you need to get the Windows CD from the
manufacturer. If this is a retail verson, please enusre you load the CD when
you are installing. If you still encounter a problem, please send the Setup
log in %windir%\faxsetup.log to Russ Valentine ([email protected])
