No " Favorite Folders" in the View > Navigation Pane dropdown menu

I've lost Favorite Folders, it doesn't appear in the View > Navigation Pane
dropdown menu. There's only

Normal
Minimized
Off
...........
Current View Pane

Make sure you are in Mail Navigation (CTRL+1) and not in Folder List
Navigation (CTRL+6).
