No Email Search results in Outlook 2007 on Vista Ultimate

I am having an issue trying to get Outlook 2007 to show any email search
results. I am running outlook checking a couple of POP accounts and also
have a couple of archive PSTs i want indexed. All the PST's are checked in
the settings and I have rebuilt the index multiple times, ensures PST files
are checked.

When I last rebuilt the index last night I ensured that the Outlook Index
Status was showing how many thousand of emails were left to index, however,
when it was done I still have no results when I do a search. I attempted to
run the fixmapi.exe file and am still having issues.

Any ideas for fixing this?

How do you do a search?
using "quicksearch" or "advanced search" ?
did you try shift+CTRL+F ?
