No email - In or Out

Everytime I run Windows Mail I get the following error.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a
long period of inactivity.
Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

According to http://helpme.att.net/article.php?item=10707
you should be using the server name pop.att.yahoo.com instead of
pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com.
If after making that change, you get a different error message, post a
copy of the new error message.
Also, which antivirus are you running?
