No "Edit w/FrontPage" option

A friend says that she doesn't have the option of editing
her webpages with FrontPage from the browser (IE 6.0).
When she goes to Tools>Internet Options>Programs, the
only options she is given are NotePad and MS Word. She
does have FrontPage installed and can use it to publish
to the web. Does anyone here know how she can make
FrontPage an available option in the Internet
options>Programs screen?
