No "Edit Source" Option in Windows Mail

When I click "View" while composing a new e-mail message in windows mail the
only three options that I get are:
- Cc and Bc
- Status bar
- Customize toolbar
there is no "Edit source" option.
What could be the problem? Does Windows Mail have this feature at all?

You are right. I didn't know there was a difference. Thanks for pointing
out.

Yes, WinMail has the feature, but only when using the RichText (HTML)
format.
If the latter, there are 3 tabs at the bottom of the editor.

Yes, Windows Mail has it.
Windows Live Mail does not.

Sorry, you are wrong.
When use the RichText (HTML) format the option is there.
No need to change to Live Mail.

I don't know; I have never used WLM. You should ask in the WLM newsgroup;
this forums is for WM.

Oh, but if your message is in plain-text format then there would be no HTML
for a source window.

Source edit is available in Windows Mail, the subject of this group.

If you want that feature added to Windows Live Mail, tell MSFT...
