Edit, source and preview tabs--Delete problem

New PC with Vista and Windows Mail. I can not get the edit, source, and
preview tabs to show up when creating or forwarding mail.

I also have already received an e-mail that immediately Windows Mail shuts
down, and I can not get it deleted since the preview option does not seem to
work like it used to.

Any help would be appreciated.

1. Tools | Options | Send
Make sure your default mail sending mode is HTML. Then in your compose
window click View | Source Edit.

2. View | Layout
Turn off the Preview Pane.
