Hi:
I recently had to downgrade to an old CRT monitor from my wide-screen
LCD. Now, when I click on Send/Receive in Window Mail the dialog box
that pops up displaying the progress of the process is halfway off the
screen to the right. I can't grab the window to move it back towards
the center of the display and can't find a way in Windows Mail to
reposition it.
I thought that this thread "Screen resolution change also changed
Windows Mail in Windows Mail" at
http://tinyurl.com/56nt7o
had the answer when Sinner replied: "After it closes, on the Status
bar, double click the "New mail" or "No new messages" icons. That
should bring the send/receive dialog back up so that you can
manipulate it."
Only thing is, I have no "Status bar" at the top of the screen - the
only options are Tools bar, View bar, Search bar - and no icons for
"New mail" or "No new messages". These icons aren't even available
to me in the customization process.
What am I doing wrong here, and/or what do I need to do to get this
window re-positioned?
TIA
