no duplicates bound by day/date ONLY. Help

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent a duplicate Time entry for each specific day. For example: day is Monday, July 31st. The time chosen is 8am. Once this has been selected 8 am (from a combo list) cannot be used again for that day.
