No drives show in My Computer or Explorer

Neither of my partitions show, nor does my cd-rom or network drives, or
Control Panerl (have it set to show) in My Computer or Explorer. I'm using
WinXP Pro, have SP2. Any ideas?
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
