No Disk

I am using Windows XP Home SP2 and have a problem when opening one specific
program - Regseeker

I get the following message: Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message c0000013 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

The Options are: Cancel; Try Again; Continue. And, it does no good to click
on any of them. I have discovered that if I continue to Click "Cancel," this
warning box will finally go away and the program will open.

I have tried to search for information but could not find anything which
helped me. (partly because I didn't really understand what I was reading

Any information on how I can stop this would be appreciated.

The first thing I would check the BIOS settings and look at what the
disk settings are.

Regseeker is a registry cleaner which you shouldn't be using. However if you
must use it, uninstall it and then download and reinstall it.

It may have corrupted the registry so badly that not even it can read it.

What have Regseeker got to say about your problem?
I would uninstall and never install it again.

The concensus seems to be that I should not be messing with Regseeker and
that I should not let it mess with my computer. That being said, I have
deleted the program from my PC.

Since there was no uninstall option I looked in the registry to see if there
was anything left there from this program. I searched for "Regseeker" and
found the following four entries:

Name: Type: Data:
(Default) REG_SZ (Value not set)
a REG_SZ WINWORD.EXE
b REG_SZ RegSeeker.exe
MRUList REG_SZ ab

Since I don't have Regseeker any more I don't know how to delete that entry
from my registry. How do I do that . . . or is it even necessary?

Thank you -

I uninstalled Regseeker and now I am having the same problem when I open AVG
Anti Virus 7.5. The only difference is that the warning goes away with only
one click of the "Cancel" button.

I can't check the BIOS Disk Settings because I don't know how to open the
BIOS. When my system boots up it says, "Press F-1 to open the settings." The
only problem with that is that nothing happens . . . I even tried tapping
the F-1 key repeatedly and, again, nothing happened.
