exception processing message

Hey out there with more computer savvy than I. When I start windows, I get a
window that reads, "Windows-no disk Exception processing message c0000013
parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c". Please help me !

I have been having the same problem and nothing fixes this windows error
message. I've even wiped my hard drive clean, uninstalled windows and
started from scratch. Microsoft refuses to admit there is a problem and
keeps re-directing me to these newsgroups, FAQ's, windows updates, or to my
computer manufacturer. This is a problem with one of the windows updates.
Microsoft needs to address the problem. If you do a search on Google with
that error message, hundreds of people are having the same problem. Please
let me know if you find a solution to this.
