No Disk Deframentation

I have intel celeron machine with 850 MHz processor and
128 MB of RAM.In my 20 GB harddisk space which is
partition in two part one with 13.9 GB windows Me install
on it and other with 4.6 GB and Linux Mandrake 8.1
install on it . Actually i install Linux myself.
Now my problem is that i cannot defragment my disk using
disk defragment.
Hoping for your quick reply.
