No dialup connection screen

I no longer get a dialup screen when I launch IE6 -
Outlook Express does though.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Go to your Internet Options. Under "Tools>Internet Options or in your
Control Panel under Internet Options.
Select the Connections Tab. Verify which item is selected. It should say
"Dial whenever a network connection is not present"
if you want IE to launch your dial up, when you are offline.
